Asthma- If you need something fast and your inhaler is not in reach, don’t panic. That will make it worse. However, hot coffee will stabilize it enough for you to get medication or medical attention.
Bloody Noses- Once the bleeding has subsided, use a Q-tip dipped in Vasoline or Neosporin (either one works) and put the stuff up your nose. Then sqeeze your nose like you are holding it and let go. Do this for 2-3 days and the bleeding nose should stop. Humidifier in your room will help, too if it’s because of cold weather.
Cholesterol – High cholesterol- 500-1000mg cinnamon tablets per day
Cold-- Zicam
- Grossman hydropulse nasal irrigator
- Zinc tablets that dissolve in mouth (Zinc can make you constipated)
- Zinc vitamin (Zinc can make you constipated)
Constipated- Take 2 Magnesium tablets
- Melatonin
- 1.5 TB Extra Light Olive Oil one hour after eating and one hour before bed. You can take 1TB in the morning and 1TB in the evening. But you must adhere to the hour before and hour after for not eating or drinking anything other than water.
Yeast Infection prone- Seriously cut back on yeast and sugar. No bread or any one food item that has move than 15grams sugar.
