I am a 23 year old art student in Victoria BC Canada. I enjoy artwork in all forms, but like to Paint and take photos the most. I am on my way to becoming a teacher so that i can teach young students how to refine their artistic talents.
Hello again folks,
Well, I figure I would write up some recipes for you all. I enjoy Grilling on the BBQ quite a bit and actually find it quite relaxing. I also enjoy cooking but really prefer to do it all on the grill. So I have written up a quick recipe for teriyaki chicken that I think some of you may enjoy.
You'll need:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cups of pineapple juice
3/4 cup of soya sauce
1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
1 teaspoon of lime juice
Mix up all the ingredients in a mixing
bowl. Grab a large flat bottomed bowl such as a casserole dish. Place the chicken in the caserole dish and pour the mixture over top. Turn the chicken over a few times to ensure it is completely coated in the sauce. I would suggest now storing the chicken in the fridge for about 24 hours to marinate. You can save yourself some time by poking some holes in the chicken with a fork. When you are ready to cook the chicken heat the grill to a high heat and cook it up. You may also enjoy some roasted pineapple rings to go with the chicken as well. This meal goes great with flavored rice.
Cheers,
