How do you know what to write about when you create blogs or web pages? Do you have a particular niche you focus on? Maybe you have a website that pertains to cycling, food recipes or weight training. While this is great, not everyone knows what to focus on when bogging or building websites. They have the drive and the desire to earn a passive residual income online, but they simply don't have a clue what niche to tackle.
One thing you should always keep in mind when blogging and building quality web pages is your niche marketing skills. Are you writing about a topic you understand and have something to offer on? Will people want to regularly view and read your blogs? This is obviously a crucial aspect of niche marketing and blogging for residual income altogether.
Therefore it's wise to either choose a niche you know something substantial about or learn about a topic and study it as you blog.
Many web publishers and bloggers make the mistake of going after ONLY the high paying niches and keywords. While this is understandable, you should also keep in mind that countless other blogger are doing the very same thing. This means when you add your blog or website to the mix, you're suddenly competing with countless others; maybe even millions! In other words, when it comes to niche marketing, you should consider the less sought after niches. Think about the topics that aren't being covered much. These might be greater money makers for you. If you're curious about a particular niche, try punching it into Google or Yahoo and seeing what results come up. If the number of results are in the low thousands, then you know the niche is less sought after. And if it's in the hundred millions...well, you get the picture.

LOL, right on Bennie! It's funny when you actually look into some of the popular topics out there and see like 24,000,000 search results. It may be tough to get a good page rank in that mess.
