Don't get me started on stories about my pets as I can go on non-stop.

Esther, my female Border collie mix wants to be a mama.
She’s fixed.
So far she’s been able to rescue (or steal) two kittens and yesterday a young chick.
My blue heeler had six puppies but Esther
wants nothing to do with puppies.
It’s
baby kittens, baby
pigs, and now baby
chickens for her.
She is tender and
loving to all of them and licks their faces and butts just like their real
mother would.
I still have the two
kittens (they are cats now) and they think that Esther is their momma.
The baby pig is now larger than she and
follows her around like she’s the pack leader.
Esther’s specialty is cat back massages.
She gums the cats with her mouth up and down their spines.
Kind of like a full body massage.
I went on Craigslist to advertise a found
baby chicken.
So far, I can’t find the
owner.
A Craigslister has volunteered to
adopt the pullet if I can’t find the owner.
In the meantime, he told me to go dig up some bugs for the baby.
I scored a few pill bugs and other assortment
of insects..only to release them.
I’m
not into insect torture or killing.
I
will let the chick get her own bugs.
She’s
dark and not yellow.
I’m starting to
like her.
She’s in my spare
bathroom.
I’m afraid my other dogs, or
cats will kill her.
It will be hard to
see her go to her new home.
