Max doesn’t like to talk about work during dinner, but his boundaries regarding talking about work dissipate when he and Nancy are in bed. This is a rule, but it is an implicit rule, it was never discussed and Nancy learned when they could or couldn’t talk about work while they were dating. But that Nancy knows this about Max reduces conflict and this is the purpose of rules. Without rules families would have to constantly navigate through daily interactions increasing the chance for misunderstandings and instability within the unit...

A victim of susceptible maniac depression and irritable mood swings, I wouldn’t have ever bothered myself with an article outline such as this or it’s like. But upon being gifted a Coffee Mug with an astrological depiction of my sun sign and it’s prominent characteristic in 7 to 8 bold perspectives, I couldn’t help but think ‘Magnetic…Me?’

In many parts of the world the summer days can seem torturous, we wait all year for the summer and then we have days we can't even go outside. So what can we do to keep our minds and bodies cool: well there is the obvious, go swimming, sit in an air-conditioned room, cool off with an ice cream. So those are just a few but what else can we do to keep our selves from melting away.

Today I would like to talk to you about one of my new favorite freebies.
I have recently been introduced to what is called Job Corps. Job Corps is where Young people can go to get a free education and job training. Yes I said free, all free & it is all free. Do you hear me parents? It is all free, every bit of it is free! This program is ran by by the U.S. Department of Labor they help young people but they must be between the age of 16 through 24. Their goal is to help young people get a better job, make more money at their job, and be a productive member of society to better their lives.
Breastfeeding in public is still a good cause!

I believe in helping to educate people about many "Mommy issues." There are a lot out there, and many revolve around breastfeeding. Many people are uninformed about exactly how these types of things work. Extended breastfeeding and public breastfeeding are two such issues. I have written about breastfeeding in public before, and that is what I'm writing about today.Breasfeeding in public - The people listen

Recently I wrote an article about a woman that was asked to stop breastfeeding her three month old child or to cover up. I received dozens of responses and this mother received a ton of support. Due to all the commotion, I believe an update is in order. This goes to show that people will listen and not only will they listen, but they will hear us, if we all speak up together.Breastfeeding - Let's Get Real.

What is appropriate when it comes to nursing a child? What exactly is "OK" by society's standards? What about your personal standards?
When Nicole went out to eat with her family at a local pizza restaurant, and her 3 month old daughter, Catlina started to fuss, she did what any good mother would do; she fed the baby. Her legally protected method of feeding, wasn't considered appropriate by a waitress's standards though, and she was asked to stop or cover up. Most moms, of course, would take issue with being told to stop feeding their baby, regardless of whether or not their choice was to nurse or bottle feed. Nicole was equally as offended as any other mother and she refused to starve her child to appease the waitress. The waitress, decided to take things to another level when Nicky refused to stop or cover up, by attempting to cover the infants head with a napkin.
